The effectiveness of Western Carolina Rescue Ministries depends on the time invested by everyday people who volunteer each day. Its fair to say that giving of your time is more costly than giving money. However, when you invest the non-renewable resource of time into another life, the return you receive is uniquely meaningful and indescribable.
